If an order is deemed non-deliverable, you will receive a credit back to your Salezmedia account. This credit can be used for future purchases on our platform.

Refund requests for unused balances in your account may be submitted at any time, but the funds will only be credited to your Salezmedia account and not returned to your original payment method.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against Salezmedia for any reason. It is your responsibility to confirm each order before placement. Refunds will not be issued for misplaced or private account orders, so please ensure your account settings are appropriate prior to ordering.

We cannot guarantee accurate delivery of followers or likes if more than one server is used simultaneously for the same page. Refunds will not be provided for these orders.

6. Fraudulent Activity

Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in immediate termination of your account. There are no exceptions to this rule.
